In this video, I talk about how and why you should be eating a raw vegan diet, if you want to prolong your life and feel healthy in your aging years.

By changing you diet to a raw food diet, you are essentially going raw vegan. A raw foods dietmeans that the foods you eat are fully raw, soaked, sprouted, or dehydrated (at low temperatures),and sometimes, gently warmed up. On a raw vegan diet, you can cook up to 20-25% of your food at low temperatures (under 116 degrees fahrenheit) and still consider yourself a raw vegan.



A raw vegan diet means that the raw foods that you eat will not be any animal based dairy and only plant based diet  such as almond milk. Vegans, in general, do not eat anything this comes from animals. But you can still get your protein from tofu and all kinds of beans. Either sprouted beans or cooked beans are OK for vegans.



Eating whole, raw vegan foods is a lifestyle on the rise.  A raw vegan diet has shown the power to detoxify the body, reverse degenerative processes, and deliver the important nutrients needed to sustain optimal health.



People are finding out that going raw is not that extreme; and you truly can eat more than just salads!



You can feel full when eating raw foods! You can have everything from pizza to cake as a raw vegan! Raw food is packed full of nutrients, and can be surprisingly delicious! There are so many reasons to go raw!
